Your journey begins with a complimentary, personalized consultation with Dr. Tassie. During this 20–30 minute visit, you’ll discuss your goals, health concerns, and history, review any existing lab work you have from your traditional providers, and outline the best path forward. Using functional and integrative medicine principles, Dr. Tassie ensures your care plan addresses the root causes of your concerns. Please bring recent lab results or access to your patient portal so we can make the most of your time together.

Functional Medicine New Patient $165        

After your consultation, your one-hour new patient visit takes a deeper dive into your health journey. Dr. Tassie will review your health history, assess your diet, analyze your labs on a functional level, and create a personalized nutrition and wellness plan. Each plan combines functional and integrative medicine approaches to restore health, support your goals, and create lasting improvements.

Follow-up Visits $85

Follow-up visits are tailored to your unique care plan. They help guide you through changes in your physiology or support you in maintaining your progress. Each visit uses functional and integrative medicine strategies to focus on root causes, restore health, and provide ongoing support every step of the way.
